Q: Does your home prices include land as part of the package?
A: Yes
Q: Do you help with closing costs?
A: Yes, if you use one of our preferred lenders, we will pay for all closing costs. You are only responsible for your prepaid items, and down payment at closing.
Q: Do you build on personal lots?
A: No
Q: How long has Whitworth Builders, Inc. been in business?
A: Since 1964
Q: What warranties are provided?
A: One year builder warranty and 10 year Bonded Builder Warranty.
Q: What is a "0" defect policy?
A: When you move into your home there will be "0" defect items remaining or we do not proceed to closing.
Q: Is Whitworth Builders, Inc. a member of the Home Builders Association?
A: Yes
Q: May I choose the colors of my interior paint, carpeting, vinyl, and/or ceramic tile?
A: Yes. For those customers who enter into a contract to purchase the home soon enough, Whitworth Builders has many attractive color combinations that are available in our homes.
Q: Does Whitworth Builders arrange financing for its customers?
A: Whitworth Builders does not provide financing directly to you, the customer. Whitworth Builders does have several local mortgage companies and banks to which it refers its customers for prompt, courteous service. In addition, should you utilize one or our “preferred lenders” for financing your home, Whitworth Builders will pay closing costs (see number 2 above).
